How much is shipping/delivery?
The cost of shipping will depend on your order. Orders shipping out via third party freight service will vary depending on how large or small your order is. We can help calculate an estimated cost for shipping for your order. If we are delivering your order on one of our nationwide routes, then you may have the option for FREE SHIPPING. Most orders are delivered through our company, but for rush orders, orders outside of normal routes, or small component orders, these will be shipped through third party in order to arrive quicker. What is your current lead time?
Our lead time varies for each product. Stiles and panel orders range from 2-3 weeks. Flooring ranges from 3 to 8 weeks lead time for normal sized orders. Glass has a 1 to 4 week lead time depending on specialty, impact-rated, or standard sheets. The other door components have a 2-7 business day lead time. Do you sell and deliver to my state?
The majority of our customers are in the Southeast part of the country, but we proudly serve nationwide across 50 states. Set-up an account today and see what we can offer!
Do you sell to the public or individuals?
We are a wholesaler, so we sell our components to manufacturers and retailer.
If I place an order online, how do I pay?
Online orders are usually placed by existing clients. However, new clients are free to order from there as well. We would need to set up your account once the PO is received on our end in order to process your order. (This is usually a quick process, no worries!) You can find the credit application and more information under the tab Contact Us > New Clients. If you prefer a COD account, you can pay by credit card or check upon delivery.
How long does it take to set an account up if I am a future client?
Once we receive the completed form that can be found under the tab Contact Us > New Clients, we will get started reviewing your application. This verification process can take up to 72 hours. If you need the order quicker, we have a COD/Pre-Paid application that can be found under the same tab Contact Us > New Clients. This will set up your account almost immediately. We recommend completing both form to speed the ordering process along. A deposit may be required for COD clients placing orders.
How long will it take to get a quote sent to me?
Quotes are usually sent back within 4 to 24 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Since we are a manufacturer, we do not receive quotes from outside sources, so you will get your quote directly from us within a shorter period of time.

Our operations are located in Coastal Georgia; more specifically, in Brunswick along the marsh side near Saint Simons Island.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please speak to a representative directly regarding the cancellation and changes policy. Cancelling orders via voicemail or text without speaking directly to a representative on the phone or e-mail will not be accepted.
